Please note, the dispatch process will not commence until payment is received and cleared.

Dispatch times vary depending if an item is currently in stock. 

We send all parcels via NZ Post with track and trace for all New Zealand Deliveries. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but as a guide please allow the following: 

• South Island Urban Address – overnight
• South Island Rural Delivery Address – 3 to 5 Working Days
• North Island Urban Address – 2 to 3 working days

• North Island Rural Delivery – 4 to 5 Working Days
